KSP submersible pumps are multistage centrifugal types which operate below water level and driven by an electric submersible motor. KSP submersible pumps Serie ST8 are designed to ensure high performance and reliability in any extreme and aggressive environment. All hydraulic parts in standard execution they are provided in casted austenitic (γ–Fe) stainless steel 1.4401 (AISI 316).
KSP submersible pumps are well-tested machines, ideal for raising capacities up to 210m3/h and delivery heads up to 540m. Bowls lightweight and innovative design provide endurance and reliability at any pumping instance. Each bowl incorporates a sleeve bearing for shaft protection. Closed-type impellers are fastened with a split and tapered bushing that locks impeller firmly in place. Impellers wear ring provide long-term impeller’s life, minimize internal losses and reduce wear in the clearance between bowl and impeller. Valve casing incorporates a non-return valve of stainless steel for preventing the hydraulic system of water hammering. Suction casing is designed to optimize low loss flow into first stage impeller. Entrance protected by a strainer of stainless steel. All mounting dimensions are in accordance with NEMA standards.
