KSP submersible pumps are multistage centrifugal types which operate below water level and driven by an electric submersible motor. KSP submersible pumps Series ST6 represent the state-of-the-art in casted stainless steel pump. The Serie ST6 provides fundamental advantages such as low long-term operation cost, high resistance to abrasive liquids and their innovative design provide an excellent relationship price-performance with improved customer value. All hydraulic parts in standard execution they are provided in casted austenitic (γ–Fe) stainless steel 1.4401 (AISI 316).
KSP submersible pumps are well-tested machines, ideal for raising capacities up to 70m3/h and delivery heads up to 560m. Bowls lightweight and innovative design provide endurance and reliability at any pumping instance. In each bowl is fitted sleeve bearing for shaft protection. Closed-type impellers are fastened with a conical locking bushing which tighten them properly in place. Impellers wear ring provide long-term impeller’s life, minimize internal losses and reduce wear in the clearance between bowl and impeller. Valve casing incorporates a non-return valve of stainless steel for preventing the hydraulic system of water hammering. On each suction casing a fitted stainless steel strainer facilitates the smooth approach of fluid to the suction impeller and restricts the entry of foreign objects. All mounting dimensions are in accordance with NEMA standards.
